Hi there. Basically u can't sell your underconstruction property if you are one of the owner and have bank financing your property. You had to wait till key handover then only can sell your unit. However if u bought the unit with cash (no financing from bank) then this can be done. U just had to get approval from the developer to do tht.. Read More
